ADAMS - facade mouldings profiles

ADAMS moulding profiles are made of elevated density polystyrene foam, reinforced with glass fibre net, coated with dry set mortar resistant to weather conditions.

Standard strip lengths are 1.2m and 2m.

Yes. The coating used fully protects the item from the adverse impact of weather conditions and mechanical damage.

In view of the low weight of ADAMS facade mouldings they can be used on polystyrene foam- or mineral wool-insulated walls but also conventional plasters.

Yes. We can reconstruct any pattern at customer’s request. To do that you need to provide the pattern of the strip existing on the facade or send a strip cross-section with detailed dimensions. This is particularly useful when renovating old tenement houses where it is necessary to supplement the existing mouldings with new of the same pattern.

Our products come with a 2-year warranty. Their actual durability is obviously much longer and reaches several tens of years.

• Fully automated manufacturing process is a guarantee of uniform surface quality along the whole strip length (no porosity encountered with our competitors’ products).
• We manufacture strips 1,2m and 2m in length (where the strips manufactured by our competitors are 1 m long), to minimize the joining operations. This reduces the installation time and consequently allows for lower installation costs.

• On the order placement we will issue a pro-forma invoice to allow you to make a payment to our account. Once we have received the money we will issue a VAT invoice for you.
• Moulding strips are sent on pallets by courier.
• When accepting the shipment you are obliged to check the goods in the presence of the courier. If any damage is found you have to inform the courier who is supposed to draw up a damage protocol being a basis for further claim.

Yes. It is possible to order individual facade moulding pattern samples. You just need to indicate moulding symbols of your interest in the order. Shipment cost is PLN 35 (incl. VAT).

Moulding strips in stock are shipped after the order is placed and the payment is credited to our account. Other products are shipped within 14 days.

There is no minimum quantity limitation. We can ship any quantity ordered.

Shipment costs depend on the products ordered.

Interior mouldings (polyurethane)

Exterior mouldings
1,2m long strips are shipped, for safety reasons, on pallets; shipment cost: PLN 150 (incl. VAT).
Moulding strips of the length of 2 running metres are shipped, for safety reasons, on pallets; shipment cost PLN 250 (incl. VAT).

It is recommended to install ADAMS exterior mouldings after the building has been insulated and the plaster putty has been spread over the mesh (for insulated buildings) but before application of texture plaster or facade paint.
Installation on a finished facade is a bit more laborious but still not too complicated.

No. According to our experience even a layman can perfectly fix our products after reading the installation instructions. Until installed the profiles should be stored on even surfaces in dry places not exposed to sunlight. It is recommended to carry out installation at 5-30°C.
